Delivery Options
Ticketmaster offers a few delivery options to receive your tickets. Delivery options include:
- Mobile entry (Go Mobile): With mobile entry tickets, your phone is your ticket.
- Print-at-home tickets: These tickets are made available in your account to print at home, or emailed to you if you purchased them over the phone.
- U.S. Mail: These tickets are mailed to you within 10-14 business days via USPS First Class Mail.
- UPS: These tickets are delivered via UPS with two- or three-day shipping.
- Will call: Will call tickets are held at the event's will call window and can only be retrieved by the cardholder with the original credit card of purchase and a valid photo ID with signature such as a state ID, driver's license or passport.
- Ticket transfer: With this option, you'll receive an email with instructions to retrieve your tickets.
- Delivery delay: Some events require a delivery delay to prevent people from overbuying tickets. With delivery delay tickets, you’ll receive information on how and when you will receive your tickets in a purchase confirmation email.
Multipack Discounts
Ticketmaster offers two-for-one tickets and four-pack discounts for select events. These multipack ticket deals are listed on the Ticketmaster website.
Ticketmaster Refund Policy
Ticketmaster only provides refunds in limited circumstances, such as when an event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled or moved. If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive a refund of the ticket price you paid, plus service fees and the cost of any add-ons or upgrades.
Gift Cards
Ticketmaster offers e-gift cards and physical gift cards, available in any amount between $25 to $500. You can purchase gift cards and check your gift card balance online.
App
The Ticketmaster app is available for iOS and Android devices. The app lets you view, access and sell your tickets.
